General FAQ

1) You will receive item purchased in 7 days after payment cleared.

2) Product price that stated on Website is based on per piece of item.

3) Arrange of delivery only after payment received/ cheque payment cleared.

4) Order Status:

a. You should receive a system generated emails after order placed successfully. Order status as "PENDING".

b. You should receive second emails and your order status updated as" PAID" after we received your proof of payment.

c. Third email update as "PROCESSING" after payment cleared. We are processing your order now.

d. Last email update as "COMPLETE" - Your order has been picked up by courier service agent. Consignment Note Number will be given.
